Igpet provides tools for teaching and research on Igneous Petrology. Igneous petrology is the study of igneous rock, which is formed from the molten rocks below the earth.
Igpet draws most types of petrologic diagrams. The users can develop their own data files and use graphic analysis to find the geochemical variation.
